Help Us Save Pets

.. and find a new best friend in the process!

Do you know how overrun U.S. shelters and rescue groups are? If you're thinking about adding a new cat or dog to your family, please consider going to a shelter or rescue group before thinking about going to a breeder. Most breeds of dogs and cats can be found at shelters or rescue groups, including rare breeds and mixed-breed dogs and cats.

Most rescued pets are healthy, happy, good pets with sad stories. They need to be placed in homes that will change those sad stories to happy ones by providing the love and care they richly deserve.

VIMP works closely with the Humane Society of Warren County. They always have more dogs and cats than they can handle. "The best" cats and some “great dogs” are brought from there to our hospital for spay / neuter and to check for diseases, and for vaccination.

We have cats waiting for you at VIMP, dreaming of new homes. Check them out!

Here are a few of the rescue organizations that we work with:

  • Humane Society of Warren County VA
A non-profit organization providing services to the Warren County area. Our mission is to provide shelter, food, and care to the lost, stray, and abandoned animals of this area.
