Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) will not only complement conventional treatment, but will also be a useful tool to prevent the disease process. This modality is great for conditions that are not being diagnosed using modern diagnostics (e.g. unexplained polyuria and polydipsia, weight loss, etc.), or in a situation where the current conventional approach is not compatible with the patient (e.g. side effects from the medications).
